The Tiroler Ache is one of the most beautiful rivers in Tyrol and offers Class II whitewater, making it the ideal combination of adventure and safety – perfect for families, beginners, and nature lovers.
Our full-day rafting tour takes you along a stunning 22-kilometer route at the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain range, through breathtaking river scenery including the romantic Klobenstein Gorge, all the way to Schleching.
Upon arrival at our rafting base in Kirchdorf in Tirol, you’ll be warmly welcomed by our experienced guides and fully equipped with all necessary gear: wetsuit, shoes, helmet, and life jacket.
Your dry clothes and towels will be safely stored in our VW bus and taken to the end point of the tour. Any food you bring along will be packed into our cool boxes and taken on the boat – so you can fully focus on the adventure.
After a detailed safety briefing, the tour starts right from the meeting point.
Over the course of the 6-hour trip, you’ll paddle through exciting rapids as well as calm stretches – perfect for enjoying the stunning alpine landscape of the Wilder Kaiser.
A true highlight of the tour is the midday break on a picturesque riverbank: relax, soak up nature, or prepare your own BBQ meal.
We provide grills, tableware, and a seating area with benches and tables. You can also simply enjoy your snacks or packed lunch – it’s up to you.
For those looking for a little extra thrill, the tour offers optional cliff jumps (1 to 8 meters) and whitewater swimming – all supervised and voluntary.
At the end point, your dry clothes will be waiting for you so you can change before we bring you back to the base.
Our guides are with you every step of the way – ensuring safety, good vibes, and an unforgettable rafting experience in the heart of Tyrol’s nature.
