Packrafting Daytrip Tiroler Ache - Wilder Kaiser River

for beginners and experienced adventurers

Whitewater Level II

leicht - easy

Take on a full-day packrafting adventure on the Tiroler Ache: 22 kilometres of moving water, alpine scenery, canyon sections and hands-on paddling in your own packraft, guided by experienced local guides.

This packrafting day trip in Tyrol is made for anyone who wants more than a standard rafting experience. In your own packraft, you are closer to the water, more involved in every move and more connected to the river. You paddle, steer and react yourself, while our guides support you throughout the day.

The Tiroler Ache is one of the most beautiful rivers in the Wilder Kaiser region and offers ideal conditions for a guided packrafting tour. With class II whitewater, it gives you the right mix of adventure, flow and safety. Calm sections, splashy waves and the dramatic scenery around the Klobenstein Gorge make this tour a full outdoor experience from start to finish.

You do not need previous packrafting experience, but you should be comfortable in water, physically fit and ready to paddle actively. Before the tour starts, our guides explain the equipment, paddling technique and safety rules in a clear and practical way.

Halfway through the day, we stop on a sandbank for a longer break. You can relax, enjoy your own food and use the BBQ setup provided. After the break, the tour continues downstream with more paddling, river action and optional extras such as whitewater swimming or cliff jumping when conditions allow.
